How APX GP in Halvad replaced its daily paper sheet with Respawna
Case studyHalvad, Gujarat
The short answer
APX GP, a five-station PlayStation café in Halvad, Gujarat, swapped the paper sheet it filled in every day for Respawna in September 2026. Bookings, payments and snacks that were written by hand now go onto one screen, and the day's takings add themselves up.

Before: one printed sheet a day
Until September 2026, APX GP ran every day on a printed sheet. It was a grid with a row for every hour from 9 am to 11 pm, and inside each hour a line for each of the café's four screens: two PS5s and two PS4s.
Every line had columns for the number of players, the player's name and phone number, UPI or cash, the time of booking, and any snacks, again split into UPI and cash. A separate box caught loose snacks and cold drinks. An opening balance sat at the top, and the day's total sat at the bottom, added up with a calculator after closing.

What changed
The sheet recorded the day after it happened. Respawna shows it while it happens. A booking that used to be a time written in a column now holds a station on the floor, snacks land on the same bill as the game, and the day's takings are already added up when the café closes.
The part the owner points to is the income chart. It shows how the business moves from week to week, which is where they now see what to improve.
