Moving off the register
Most cyber cafés in India still run on a notebook and a rate chart on the wall, and for a small counter that genuinely works for a while. It stops working at the points you already know: when a customer insists they sat down twenty minutes later than they did, when the cash at close does not match what you remember selling, and when your accountant asks for a year of records that only exist as handwriting. Software does not make the counter more complicated. It makes those three problems stop happening.
Nothing goes on the machines themselves
Respawna runs in a browser on whatever you already use at the counter, with no licence per seat. Locking the machines is optional: install the Respawna Agent on the Windows PCs you want locked and each one locks itself when a session's time runs out, or skip it and have staff start and end sessions from the counter screen. Either way the billing is the same.
Gaming, browsing or both
The line between a cyber café and a gaming café has mostly disappeared. The same counter sells an hour of browsing to one customer and three hours on a gaming rig to another, and increasingly the second pays better. Respawna does not care which it is: a station is a station, with its own rate ladder. If you add consoles or a VR seat later, they run from the same screen with their own prices.

Not to bill from the counter · Respawna runs in a browser there. If you want the PCs to lock themselves when time runs out, the optional Respawna Agent installs on each Windows machine and handles the lock, the wallpaper and member sign-in at the rig.

Yes, on Windows, with the optional Respawna Agent. It locks the screen when a session's time runs out, shows your wallpaper on the locked screen and lets a member sign in at the machine. Without it, staff start and end sessions from the counter screen.
Can I sell snacks and drinks too?expand_more
Yes. There is a point of sale for anything you stock, and items can go onto a running session's tab or out as a standalone sale. Stock adjusts as you sell.
