AddressGround Floor, Maleppattil House, Mars Road, Edayapuram, Aluva, Kerala 683101, India

We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days. Please include your registered email, your café's name, and enough detail for us to find the problem.

If you are a player at a café

RESPAWNA makes the software your café uses; the café decides what member information it collects and why. Complaints about your account, your bill or your data are best raised with the café itself, whose contact details are on its own terms and privacy pages. If the café cannot help and the issue is with the software, use the Grievance Officer above.

How to reach us and what to expect

The fastest way to reach us is WhatsApp or email at the addresses above, Monday to Saturday. We answer support questions the same working day where we can, and we acknowledge every formal grievance within the time stated beside the Grievance Officer, then work to resolve it within the window published there. When you write, telling us your café name and, for a billing question, the invoice or payment reference lets us find your account without a second exchange. For anything about setting up, pairing a PC lock agent, or getting your data out, the same channels reach the people who can help.

Escalation

If your complaint concerns personal data and we have not resolved it, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Consumer complaints may be taken to the National Consumer Helpline (1915) or the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
