No queue at the counter for regulars. A member types their RESPAWNA username and password on the locked PC, sees exactly how long their balance buys on that rig, and starts playing. The wallet is charged for the time actually used · never for time they didn't take.

A countdown the player can see, and a lock that keeps its word
The rig shows the session's remaining time, ticking every second. When it reaches zero the screen locks itself · no walking the floor, no arguing about whose clock was right. If the network drops mid-session, the agent already knows the deadline and locks on time anyway.

Every rig's lock, visible and controllable from the counter
Agents pair to stations with a one-time code from Setup, and Live Ops shows a pip per rig · locked, open, or offline. Starting a session unlocks the PC, ending one locks it, and a kill switch disarms every lock at once if you ever need the floor open.

QUIET RIGS, HONEST CLOCKS
Every locked screen is a session that ended exactly when it was paid to, without anyone walking over. The floor runs itself a little more, and the counter argues a little less.

Get the installer below and open it on the rig. Approve the Windows admin prompt so it can install and start on boot.
2 · Paste your pairing code
In your Command Center, open Setup → Floor → PC Lock Agents, tap Pair agent on the station, and paste the code the installer asks for.
3 · That's it
The PC now locks itself when a session's time runs out, and unlocks when a session starts. Update anytime from the tray icon.
Windows may show a blue “protected your PC” box the first time
That's normal for a new app. Click More info then Run anyway · once per PC. Nothing is wrong; it just means the app is new. It installs and runs the same.
Good to know
- checkWindows PCs only. Consoles (PS5, Xbox, Switch) can't be locked in software · that's a platform limit, not ours. Their sessions still bill and time from the counter.
- checkLocking is off until you switch it on in Setup → Floor, so installing changes nothing until you're ready.
- checkA member's password goes to our server over HTTPS and is never stored on the rig · the PC holds a device token, not credentials.
- checkUpdates are one click from the tray icon · no reinstalling.

How does PC locking work in RESPAWNA?
A small Windows app runs on each gaming PC, paired to your RESPAWNA Command Center with a one-time code. When a session's time runs out the screen locks itself, showing your café's own wallpaper, and it unlocks the moment a new session starts. If the rig loses network mid-session it already knows the deadline and locks on time anyway.
Can members start their own session at the PC?
Yes. On the locked screen a member logs in with their RESPAWNA username and password, sees how much play time their wallet balance buys on that rig, and starts. The wallet is charged only for the time actually used, a Stop button ends early, and staff see and control the session from Live Ops like any other.
Can members top up their wallet at the PC?
No · the rig spends a wallet, it never takes payment. Wallet credit is loaded at your counter by your staff, in cash or on GPay, and lands on the member’s phone immediately; they then log in at any rig and play from that balance. There is no online top-up either: RESPAWNA does not sit between your members and their money. Payment on the rig itself is a planned later step, not a shipped feature.
Can it lock a PS5 or Xbox?
No, and nobody's software can: consoles do not let third-party apps control the screen, which is a platform restriction rather than a product gap. RESPAWNA still bills and times console sessions from the counter · the self-locking part is for Windows PCs.
Will it fight with games or anti-cheat?
The agent is a lock screen, not a game hook: it draws over the desktop between sessions and blocks escape shortcuts only while locked. During play it stays out of the way. Every build is signed, and updates are one click from the tray icon.
Does installing it change anything immediately?
No. Locking ships switched off and does nothing until you enable it per floor in Setup, so you can install across the café first and turn it on when you're ready.
