How much does it cost?expand_more
Plans start at ₹299 a month, and every plan begins with a 14-day free trial, no card. When the trial ends you either pay to carry on or stop · nothing renews by itself, because we hold no card. Current plans and prices are on the pricing page.
What are the billing options?expand_more
Pay monthly, or commit for 6 months or a year to save. The 6-month plan is 10% cheaper per month and the yearly plan is 20% cheaper; both are billed once, up front, for the full term.
Can I change plans later?expand_more
Yes. You can move between Starter, Pro and Ultra as your floor grows; changes apply from your next cycle.
Is there a lock-in?expand_more
No. On the monthly plan you can cancel anytime. The 6-month and yearly plans are paid up front for the term you pick and renew only if you choose to.
Which plan is right for a single café?expand_more
Starter covers a small floor of up to 5 stations. Pro handles up to 30 stations and adds food & drinks POS, memberships, loyalty, events, online booking, PC locking on Windows rigs, WhatsApp marketing, full analytics and three Respawna IQ modules. Ultra takes the floor to 60 stations and carries the full Respawna IQ package: IQ Posts designs 50 social posts a month from your own prices, events and plans, your café's own branding runs through the console and your members' app, every Respawna IQ module runs on the higher model, and you get priority WhatsApp support.
