Which stations does it support?expand_more
PC rigs, PS5 and console stations, and VR. You can run a mixed floor and give each station type its own rate.
How long does it take to set up?expand_more
Minutes. Start the free trial, add your stations and rates, and you can begin billing the same day · nothing to install at the counter and no on-site setup.
Does Respawna lock the gaming PCs?expand_more
Yes, on Windows. The optional Respawna Agent installs on each rig, locks the screen the moment a session's time runs out, shows your own wallpaper on the locked screen, and lets a member sign in at the machine and play from their wallet. Consoles cannot be locked by any vendor's software, so those sessions are timed from the counter.
Is billing GST-ready?expand_more
Yes. Every session and POS sale produces a GST-ready invoice, and you can export your invoice register and monthly report as PDF or CSV.
What payment methods can I record?expand_more
Cash, UPI and card. Each invoice records how the customer actually paid.
Can I send invoices and messages on WhatsApp?expand_more
Yes. You can share invoices on WhatsApp at checkout and reach members with WhatsApp campaigns.
Can staff use it without full access?expand_more
