With the Windows agent installed, a locked gaming PC takes a member's own RESPAWNA username and password. It shows exactly how long their balance buys on that rig, and starts. The wallet is charged for the time actually used, never for time they did not take.

Points that turn into money, at a rate you set
Members earn a point for every ₹10 they spend by default, and 1,000 points is worth ₹100 of wallet credit. The portal shows the progress toward the next hundred, so the reward is something they are walking toward rather than something they discover.

WHAT THE PORTAL DOES NOT DO
Four limits worth knowing before a trial rather than during one.
- do_not_disturb_onNo online top-ups. The wallet is loaded at your counter, in cash or on GPay, by your staff. RESPAWNA never takes money from your members.
- do_not_disturb_onNo seat booking. The portal shows what is on and what it costs; it does not reserve a station for later.
- do_not_disturb_onRig login is Windows only. A PS5, Xbox or Switch cannot be locked in software by any vendor, so console time is still started at the counter.

WHAT OWNERS ASK FIRST
Do members have to download an app?expand_more
No. The member portal is a web address at your own café's subdomain, so a customer opens it in the browser they already have and can add it to their home screen if they want it to feel like an app. There is nothing to install, nothing to update, and no app store review standing between you and a change.
Can members top up their wallet online?expand_more
No, and this is deliberate. Wallet credit is loaded at your counter by your staff, in cash or on GPay, and it appears on the member's phone immediately. RESPAWNA never sits between your customers and their money · handling that flow is regulated payment-aggregator territory in India, and staying out of it is why every rupee your members load stays on your side of the counter.
What can a member do without asking staff?expand_more
Check the game library, enter and withdraw from tournaments, follow a live bracket, buy or switch a membership plan from their wallet balance, turn auto-renew on and off, read their full wallet history and invoices, edit their profile and photo, change their password, and start a session at a locked Windows PC. Loading wallet credit and redeeming loyalty points are the two things that stay at the counter.
How do loyalty points work?expand_more
Members earn a point for every ₹10 they spend by default, and you can change that rate. New members start with a signup bonus you set. One thousand points redeems for ₹100 of wallet credit, and the redemption is done at the counter by staff so it lands as a recorded wallet reward rather than a silent adjustment.
Can a member start a session themselves?expand_more
At a Windows PC running the RESPAWNA agent, yes. The locked screen takes their username and password, shows how much time their wallet balance buys on that rig, and starts. They are charged only for the time actually used and staff can see and end the session from Live Ops. Consoles cannot be locked in software by anyone, so those sessions are still started from the counter.
Is a member's data separate from other cafés?expand_more
Yes. Every café is a separate tenant and the separation is enforced inside the database with row-level security, not by application code that could forget. An automated gate re-proves that isolation across every tenant table and every money-moving operation on each change.
