Why the arithmetic is done by code and not by the model
The events real cafés had published were all broken: one scheduled to run 87 days, one that lost ₹400 on its own prize, two seating fifty players on fourteen stations. So the planner is built the other way round. The model chooses which of your games suits a bracket, the night, and the words. The waves, the run time, the capacity that fits in four hours and the prize ceiling are computed, and every override is printed on the plan.

How the hours on a plan are decided
Most new cafés have no membership plans at all, and the ones that wrote them by hand got the sums wrong · one tier 68% under its own rate card, another with perks that literally read 'Pay just ₹86.60 an hour', typed into a box. The builder derives a house rate from your own prices, takes the model's shape and names, and re-derives the hours so every tier saves between 10% and 40%. Any perk with a rupee sign in it is generated from the economics, never written.

What stops a designed post saying something untrue
You tap a kind of post · a price card, a tournament, a pass, a happy hour, a festival · and pick one of your own rows. Back comes a finished 1080 by 1350 poster and a caption. You never type a prompt. Why setting prices is the step most new cafés never finished
Ten trial cafés reached 100% setup and never traded, because no game type had a price. So the pricing step reads the board on your wall. It reads a duration by head-count grid, not one price per machine, because real boards charge ₹60 for 20 minutes alone and ₹180 for four. Incremental hours are summed into totals and the note says so. Combo offers and passes are refused, since a bundle is not a rate.

Respawna IQ reads your own café's recorded figures and hands back finished work: a ranked list of things to do with the figure behind each one, a tournament plan sized to your consoles and hours, a membership ladder priced off your rate card, a social media post designed from your own prices, and a rate card read from a photo of your board. Nothing on that list requires you to type a prompt.
Does it compare my café to other cafés?expand_more
No, and it is not allowed to. The brief the model runs under forbids comparing your café to any other café, to an industry average or to market data, and requires every recommendation to quote the specific figure from your own books it came from. There are no benchmarks, no forecasts and no predictions. Your numbers stay yours.
Can the AI get a number wrong?expand_more
It is never asked for one. Every figure that matters is computed by the console's own code: a tournament's waves, run time and prize ceiling, a membership tier's hours and saving, whether a poster's numbers exist in your rows. The model brings judgement, names and copy; where it writes a rupee figure into a perk the line is dropped and rewritten from the arithmetic. Recommendations also carry the source figure so you can check it against your own reports.
What if my café has very little data yet?expand_more
Then Grow refuses to advise, and says why. It needs twenty paid bills and a fortnight of trading before a token is spent, because advice built on six bills reads as authoritative and is guesswork. The event planner and membership builder need a rate card and, for the ladder, twenty completed sessions. The price board reader works from day one, since it exists for cafés that have not priced anything yet.

Not yet. A finished post opens your phone's share sheet with the image attached, which lands it in Instagram, WhatsApp Status or wherever you choose, and on a desktop you download it or copy the caption. Scheduling and direct publishing are planned and are not on the price list until they ship.
