RUN THE WHOLE NIGHT FROM ONE SCREEN
Players enter from their phones and pay from their wallet. One tap seeds the bracket. Then you just tap who won, and the night runs itself to a champion.
EIGHT PLAYERS, THREE ROUNDS
Not a mock-up. This is the console's own bracket component running on the console's own engine · the same seats your staff tap at the counter, the same Undo, the same champion card. Tap whoever won and play it out.

Players enter themselves, and pay from their wallet
A member opens the event on their own phone and taps enter. The entry fee comes straight off their RESPAWNA wallet, the seat is theirs, and your headcount moves · no cash at the counter, no list on paper, no one taking names while the floor is busy.

One tap seeds the bracket
When entries close, seed the draw. The bracket is built for however many turned up, not just neat powers of two: a field of five becomes an eight-slot bracket, and the byes are spread one per match against the weakest seeds rather than bunched in one corner.
- check_circleRandom draw · nobody can claim the bracket was arranged
- check_circleByes spread fairly, and first-round byes resolve themselves
- check_circleSized to the field, with the right number of rounds
- check_circleTwo players is the floor · one player is not a tournament

Straight off the console · the winner in lime, the loser struck through, Undo where it belongs.
Tap who won. That is the whole job.
Each match is one tap at the counter and the winner moves on by itself. Tapped the wrong name in a loud room? Undo it, and everything that followed from it falls away too, because the ladder is derived from results rather than edited in place.
- check_circleOne tap advances the winner · no dialogs mid-round
- check_circleUndo any result, and the rounds after it recalculate
- check_circleThe final asks before it crowns · it also closes the event
- check_circleEverything staff did is on the activity log with a name and time

The trophy lands in their profile
The final decides the champion, the event closes itself, and the placements are recorded against every player who turned up. The winner's trophy case fills, and a repeat winner carries a Champion badge on their profile · which is the thing they actually come back for.

THEY ENTER FROM THEIR OWN PHONE
Every member has a portal at your café's own address. The events board is three taps from the front page, and entering costs them a wallet balance they already loaded with you · not a queue at your counter on a busy night.

THE ENTRY FEES ARE YOURS, AND STAY YOURS
Entry fees move inside your café's own prepaid wallet · money your members already loaded with you at the counter. RESPAWNA counts what was banked and what the prize pool owes, and shows both on your dashboard.
What it does not do is process that money. We never sit between your players and their entry fees · that is regulated payment-aggregator territory, and staying out of it is why every rupee of a tournament stays on your side of the counter.
ASKED BEFORE THE FIRST NIGHT
How do players enter a tournament?expand_more
From their own phone. A member opens the event in the RESPAWNA member portal and taps to enter; the entry fee is debited from their wallet balance and their seat counts against the event's capacity. If they withdraw before it starts, the fee goes straight back to the wallet. Nobody has to take names or cash at the counter while the floor is busy.
Does RESPAWNA take the entry fees?expand_more
No, and it never touches them. Entry fees move inside your café's own prepaid wallet · money your members already loaded with you · and every rupee stays yours. RESPAWNA counts what was collected and what the prize pool is, but it does not process tournament payments, because standing in the middle of your players' money is regulated payment-aggregator territory.
How is the bracket drawn?expand_more
Randomly, when you seed it. The bracket is sized to however many players actually registered, so an odd field still works: a five-player event becomes an eight-slot bracket and the three byes are spread one per match against the weakest seeds rather than bunched together. First-round byes resolve themselves, so the first real match is a real match.
What if we tap the wrong winner?expand_more
Undo it. Results can be reversed, and because the ladder is derived from the results rather than edited in place, everything that followed from the mistake falls away with it. The only thing that cannot be undone is a bye, since no one played it.
Do winners get anything they keep?expand_more
Yes. The champion, the runner-up and the joint third places are recorded against the players, and the winner's trophy case on their own profile fills up · gold, silver and bronze, with a Champion badge that counts titles as they stack. It is the part regulars actually chase.
Can an event be marked complete by mistake?expand_more
No, because status is not something anyone types. An event is upcoming until the bracket is seeded, live while it is being played, and completed the moment the final is decided. The board always reflects what actually happened on the floor.
