Can two friends playing on different rigs pay on one invoice?
Yes, two ways. If their tabs are already open on the Billing screen, drag one tab onto the other and they bill as a single invoice · the merge is stored on the sessions, so it survives a refresh, and any tab can be split back out before billing. When a group is finishing at the same time, group checkout ends several live rigs at once onto one bill.
Does RESPAWNA handle GST?
Yes. Turn on the 18% GST toggle and add your GSTIN, and every invoice carries both. Invoices export as PDFs and share as links, including straight to WhatsApp.
Do I have to charge one flat hourly rate?
No. Pricing works in interval ladders: different rungs per device type, per day of week and per player count, with happy hours, accessory add-ons, bonus time and a grace period before the next interval ticks. Every session snapshots the rate card the moment it starts, so a price edit never rewrites a live session.
Can members see their own points and progress?
Yes. The member portal shows each player their loyalty points, level and XP, and open tournament signups · on their own phone, without asking at the counter.
Can I take my data out?
Yes. Reports and records export to PDF and Excel whenever you want, and there is no lock-in. Your café's records are also isolated in the database, so they are never visible to another operator.
